Refund policy

Returns
At Soak and Scrub we strive for all customers to be happy with their orders. If you are unhappy with your order you will need to request a return and refund at shanice@soakandscrub.co.uk. Requests for return and refund must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted you will have a further 5 days to return your order. Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with all labels intact. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items opened, no longer in original packaging, removed labels or damaged items will not be accepted.
'Whoopsie's' will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstance. These items have been discounted due to default in the product, which is made clear within the product description.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
