Shipping
Once payment is confirmed we aim to ship all items within 3-5 business days after receipt of order. You will receive order updates via email and a further email once your order has been dispatched. 

Where postal strikes apply your order may be delayed. We will aim to update accordingly via email. 

If your order has not been delivered after 10 days of receiving your dispatch email please contact at shanice@soakandscrub.co.uk with your order number and delivery address so we can promptly locate your order.
